Day 1: PALERMOArrival in Palermo airport and transfer to your accommodation.

Day 2: SEGESTA 250↑ This morning you will visit Segesta, once one of the major cities of the Elymian people, one of the three indigenous peoples of Sicily. This walk will take you through a wild canyon with high white rocks to discover and admire the imposing ancient doric temple, standing solitary on a hill, one of the most spectacular sights on the island, and the ancient Theatre.

foto x dacrilu 216Day 3:  Zingaro Natural Riserve 520↑ Today you will discover the Zingaro Natural Riserve, 1.620 hectares of land, extended in one of the most evocative landscapes of Sicily, in a piece of land which, advancing in the south Tyrrhenian sea, closes on the west side the Gulf of Castellammare. It is the first natural reserve instituted in Sicily (6 May 1981), it is more than seven kilometers long and spreads along the coast. It is located in one of the few still integral places of the entire Island.

dsc00047Day 4:  Natural Reserve of Monte Cofano 300↑ Visit of the Natural Reserve of Monte Cofano, a mountainous promontory of limestone with its characteristic triangular shape overlooking the sea. It reaches 659 m in height. It is halfway from San Vito Lo Capo and Trapani and overlooks one of the most spectacular coasts of Sicily with its crystal blue sea. It separates the Gulf of Castelluzzo from the Gulf of Bonagia and is not far from San Vito Lo Capo, popular seaside destination.

Day 5Trapani / Erice  661↑ + 250↑   From Trapani you will reach Erice walking through Sant’Anna’s path. You will go uphill to Monte Erice (already knows as Monte San Giuliano) until you reach the Sanctuary of Sant’Anna (332 mt) from where it is possible to have a panoramic view on Trapani and on the Egadi Islands, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea. From the sanctuary the paths continues on until the Forestry Commission Building. Following the last stretch, you’ll pass through a small wood and reach Porta Trapani.

eraclea-scalzoDay 6: Eraclea Minoa – Foce Platani – Foce Verdura 50↑ Today you will discover a stretch of land called Eraclea Minoa and will reach the Natural Reserve of the Mouth of Platani river (Foce Platani), beautiful oasis famous for the biodiversity of its flora, after continue towards Foce Verdura.

Day 7: Departuretransfer from hotel to Airport and end of our services.
